Availability and appropriate use

By using the site, you agree to these terms. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the site and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the assessment, harvest information, or misuse its content.

The assessment and report

The Mask Assessment is a reflective leadership development resource. It is not a clinical diagnosis, a validated psychometric measure, or a fixed account of your personality. The summary is included on completion and is emailed to the address you provide. A full personalised report is prepared for coaching review. Book a complimentary 30-minute discovery call using the same email address so Gavin can match the booking and explore that report with you. There is no obligation to purchase coaching. Booking and delivery arrangements may require manual confirmation.

The results do not replace legal, financial, medical, employment, or other specialist advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using this general information.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Forum Leadership Services Ltd owns or licenses the writing, approach, graphics, and other content. You may view the site, share its public link, and print a reasonable copy of your own summary for personal or internal reference. You may not reproduce or exploit substantial parts of the assessment without permission.

Links to Gavin Bryce, The Forum, and Zoho Bookings are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you visit them. Paid coaching and membership are governed by their separate agreements.

Liability and law

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, events outside our reasonable control, or indirect or consequential business loss. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live.
